A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS
Good to ask.
Good to know.
The practical questions, all in one place.
Are the care edits individual products?
They are categories to explore, from cleansing to styling. Photos are editorial inspiration. Ask about the exact products, sizes, ingredients and current availability before agreeing an order.
Can I buy the saved curl kit directly?
Saving an edit creates a local shortlist. You can attach its names to an enquiry, then agree exact items, price and delivery separately. It does not reserve stock or place an order.
How do I choose the steps for my hair?
Start with the care categories and the finish you enjoy. The routine planner offers a short sequence to adapt; it does not diagnose your hair or assess a scalp concern.
Where can I check ingredients?
Ask about the exact product and consult the ingredient list and directions on the current pack. Do not infer suitability from a category, a photo or the word natural.
Can I use products on a child?
Check the exact product's current age guidance and directions before use. Use an adult's contact details for questions, and leave children's personal details and photos out of the enquiry.
Does signing in back up my notes?
No. Saved edits, your routine and wash-day notes stay in the browser profile where you created them. Download a readable copy from My curl kit if you want to keep one.
How do agreed-order payments work?
Sign in to the account assigned to the payment reference. Review the item description, amount and terms, then continue to the payment provider. Confirmation is checked with the provider.
What happens if an online form is unavailable?
The page shows an error and does not claim success. Your local tools can still be used. A failed enquiry, account or payment request is not a confirmation.
