Your local curl space
Saved care edits, routines and wash-day entries use local browser storage. Signing in does not upload them. Storage is not an encrypted vault and may be accessible to others using the same browser profile.
Enquiry information
The form stores your name, email, selected topic, care edit, reference and message with submission time and processing status. If you explicitly select the attachment option, it also sends saved care-edit names. Routine details and wash-day notes are never attached.
Accounts and sessions
Registration stores your name, email, salted password hash and creation time. An HTTP-only session cookie maintains sign-in for up to seven days. Account-linked records are restricted to that user. Short-lived hashed request identifiers support rate limiting.
Payments
The payment provider handles card information. The site stores agreed payment descriptions, account associations, amounts, terms, payment references and confirmation status. It does not ask for card details in a general form.
Purpose and retention
Submitted information supports responding to enquiries, account access and administration of separately agreed orders. Retention depends on the enquiry, agreement and applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact us with a relevant reference to ask about access, correction or deletion.
Your choices
Export or clear local notes from your curl space. No advertising trackers, third-party analytics or remote fonts are included. Keep sensitive personal information, children's details and payment credentials out of enquiries and local notes.
