Refund policy

We only accept returns for unopened items within 14 days of receipt. The customer will be responsible for paying for the return postage and should email us at info@candidcurls.co.uk to schedule the return. We will begin processing the refund once the items have been successfully returned.

We do not allow cancellations for orders once they have been processed and packaged for shipping. 


It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the checkout. Candid Curls Ltd will not issue refunds for orders shipped to the most updated address provided by the customer. 

Candid Curls Ltd will not refund items that are returned to Candid Curls Ltd due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address. However, these orders can be resent, incurring an additional delivery charge. See our shipping policy for more information. 

In the unlikely event of an order getting lost in transit, Candid Curls Ltd are not held liable as tracking information will be provided on all deliveries. Please contact us to let us know if your package has not arrived within 7 working days and we will assist you as best as possible.

We encourage our customers to inspect their orders upon arrival. In the unlikely event that a product has arrived faulty - opened, leaking, broken, please provide images and email us as soon as you've discovered the fault. We will then advise the best possible form of compensation.
