Our website will be accepting orders 24/7 however we will only be dispatching orders every Friday - Monday 12pm GMT

UK shipping policy



We currently offer 2-4 working days delivery or next working day delivery, both options are fully tracked.

Please note that delivery estimates are calculated from the dispatch date, not the order date.

 

INTERNATIONAL shipping policy

 

For international shipping, please be aware that we do not offer a flat rate as our shipping prices are calculated by weight. 

IMPORTANT: please note that your order may be subjected to customs duty and/or VAT before the package can be delivered. If you are unsure as to whether this applies to you, please contact us here: info@candidcurls.co.uk

United States:

Orders will have an estimated delivery time of 7-10 business days.

Customs duty is prepaid and no additional VAT is charged before delivery.

Europe:

Orders will have an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days. Your order will be subjected to your country's VAT scheme + an additional admin fee before your parcel can be delivered. Please check your local government website for more information on buying goods from the United Kingdom.

Republic of Ireland:

Orders will have an estimated delivery time of 4-8 business days.

If your order total is below €150, you will not have to pay customs duty. However, you will have to pay VAT at 23% + an additional admin fee before your parcel can be delivered. Please check Revenue.ie for more details.
